# Introduction

## Vision

The SL Foundation designed a protocol that collects and processes (indexing and AI diagnosis) medical data worldwide. The protocol provides an opportunity for anyone to access medical data for the commercialization of medical AI.

The SL Foundation offers a second opinion platform that can freely provide medical AI services, beginning from the belief that medical AI services promote health equality for people in the world, with respect to the right to health.

SL foundation offers both services: the on-chain protocol for collecting and providing medical data and a medical AI second opinion platform connected to it.

We will take the lead in saving lives by creating a world where anyone can study medical data using blockchain technology and anyone can use medical AI.

Medical data collected using blockchain technology is used by any institution for medical AI research to advance medical technology, ensuring the continual provision of AI medical diagnosis solution and sustaining a position of leadership in the industry with providing easy access of AI second opinion service to anyone.
