## AI diagnostic request architecture

If a user wishes to request an additional AI reading for an image that has already been diagnosed, they can request a second opinion through the patient mobile app for re-validation. In the patient app, you'll see a list of data uploaded SIRs and on-chain. From there, the user can select the file they want a second opinion on, and then choose from a list of third-party AI providers to request a second opinion. When requesting a second opinion, the user pays the fee set by each AI developer with SL Token.

The AI solution utilizes deep learning models to make a diagnosis and provides a diagnostic result file. This file is stored in the secure storage system, and the diagnosis record along with the storage path of the diagnosis file are stored in the blockchain smart contract. Such a system will greatly contribute to improving the accuracy of patient diagnoses by enabling more precise medical image interpretation, even in small hospitals and developing countries where there is a shortage of radiologists. Ultimately, it provides a system that benefits patients.
